Aerobics in SCM Hostel
Hostel SCM offers tenants diverse content and activities in the home. For two years now, girls from home and other students are treating the exams in the room of the new home on aerobics training.
Aerobics in Hostel SCM are held in regular terms in two programs.
The first program includes training sessions three times a week at 18.30, 19.20 and 20.10 on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. The second program includes exercise twice a week, both in Tuesdays and Thursdays at 19.20 and 20.10.
Hostel SCM is an institution that organizes cultural, sports and recreational activities for students, as a mediator in the temporary and occasional employment of students, carries out educational work with students, organizes cultural-entertaining evenings and performs other activities related to student standard improvement.
“Club A.S.C.” offers a diverse and meaningful training program. We offer our practitioners a rich and varied training program, pilates and work out with various equipment such as sticks, gums and dumbbells, and aerobic training such as aerobic step, zoom and dance aerobics, “said coach Marijeta Cvitković.
With new acquaintances, friendships are being developed. We share the time of training and relaxation with good music, fun and fun. Our primary goal is to improve the health condition, maintain fitness, and relaxation, which this program offers us as a vacation of learning and healthy filling in free time with geslo: “mens sana in corpore sano”.
